What does Eu2Be stand for?
"Eu2Be is named for my beloved aunt Eugenia, now in her 90s," founder and CEO Charla Jones tells us.

Ordering + Payment
We currently accept orders online, via Eu2Be marketing events and select stores.
Flat rate shipping charges of $8.99 will be applied. Sales tax will be applied to Massachusetts residents, which is where Eu2Be is based.
We are unable to accept telephone orders at this time.
Eu2Be makes it possible to sample products through the purchase of sample or travel size products.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the following business day.
We process orders within 24 hours and ship within 3 business days from being received. You will be alerted to any shipping delay within 3 days after placing your order.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.
Credit Cards: We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) from 169 Durnell Avenue Boston, MA 02131.
We ship to locations within the continental United States.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. Territories at this time — this includes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and any destination outside of the continental United States.
Our occasional free shipping offers apply to standard ground shipping only within the continental USA. Offers do not apply to past orders, and will apply on eligible orders at check-out. Eu2Be reserves the the right to end free shipping promotions at any time.
Return Policy
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns, except in the case of damaged items. If you've received a damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@eu2be.com
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
Orders cannot be canceled once a payment has been processed.
